  • Our questionnaire asks for information that we use to guide our interview. It includes information about various stages of life, or the particular event you’re looking to document.

  • Recordings usually take between one and two hours. Generally a little shorter if you visit us in our studio, and a little longer if we visit you.

  • Yes, absolutely. We understand that being interviewed can cause some nerves, so our studio is set up with a listening lounge that allows one or two people to sit outside the studio and listen to the interview, while watching through the glass doors.

  • Yes, we have a range of interviewers with different language abilities available. Contact us to find out if we speak your language.

  • Yes, we can incorporate up to 10 photos in your edit. If you would like to include more, we can do so for an additional fee.

  • Yes you do!

  • For one of our standard packages, it will be around 60 minutes in duration.

  • Yes. Storylines is backed by podcast and video production specialists The Content Engine. Our team draws on decades of radio, podcast, and documentary film production experience.

  • Yes, if you’re purchasing an interview as a gift, we can send you a PDF gift voucher, made up for the person you’re gifting it to, just let us know and send us their details.

  • Our studio is in Collingwood, just outside the Melbourne CBD.

  • We are happy to take bookings for all capital cities, and travel to those locations when we have multiple bookings in that place. If you are in a rural or regional area, please contact us to discuss options.

  • Yes, we can provide a shorter edit for use on special occasions (eg. weddings, funerals). Please contact us for more information.
